After connecting on match.com, Fallon and Bill met for a drink in April 2009. Although she was initially skeptical about online dating, the pair hit it off instantly. An in-person meeting for a quick drink turned into a five-hour conversation that ended only because the bar closed. By October, Bill was spreading a blanket for a picnic, uncorking a bottle of wine, reciting a love letter he crafted, and asking Fallon to marry him. “It just felt right,” she says.
Fallon chose to return to her hometown of Duxbury, Massachusetts, to tie the knot. An ocean-side estate across the street from Fallon’s childhood home was the perfect setting to celebrate the couple’s love of the outdoors amidst their favorite colors of green and blue
What began as a comfortable friendship became a comfortable romance for Tracey and Chris. Having met via a college roommate, the couple became engaged in December of 2009 and gave themselves a year and half to plan their wedding.
“We have a lot of fun together,” says Tracey. And they took that fun to their wedding, with a dazzling fuchsia and navy color scheme that begs for dramatic touches. Tracey did a lot of the planning and details herself, with a goal to be creative and end up with an elegant wedding at a reasonable cost. She enlisted friends for help and ideas, as well as pulling in a fantastic array of skilled wedding vendors.
For a couple that loves to be with family and friends, Tracey and Chris are extremely grateful to their parents for helping make their Big Day a magical occasion with 225 guests.
